With a comprehensive refurbishment and CAT A fit-out designed and delivered by RKD’s Belgium office, the commercial office block at Pegasus Park has achieved its sustainable certification target of BREEAM ‘Good’.
Benefitting from its excellent strategic location close to Brussels International Airport, Pegasus Park promotes sustainable business communities through environmentally-friendly aspects such as its integrated rail station and high-speed bicycle network.
Guided by an ambitious client vision established by Cobelpro and Tribeca Capital Partners, the RKD team based in Gent worked collaboratively with the local BREEAM Assessor to incorporate high performance sustainable design features thoughout the commercial office refurbishment project.
RKD’s Belgium office also designed and delivered the refurbishment and CAT A fit-out of the adjacent Service Centre and Incubation Unit building including The Hive, which provides canteen and restaurant dining service to the entire business park community.
