With extensive experience in financial services, Carmina joined RKD in 2016, bringing valuable skills in stakeholder management and ensuring robust quality control over the proposal process. Adept at navigating the entire bid lifecycle, she excels at uniting multidisciplinary teams; her disciplined approach ensures that compelling, fully compliant proposals, often under tight deadlines, are submitted. Carmina leads the Bid Team and together they bridge the gap between creative design and business development by collaborating closely with the sector leads, ensuring every submission reflects the practices high design standards and strategic goals.
