An award-wining architect, Maedhbh has led large, complex workplace projects for our clients. Her client-centric approach and in-depth knowledge of regulatory issues have been instrumental in the delivery of innovative and aesthetically beautiful workplaces. Integrated design solutions and delivery of project objectives are achieved by Meadhbh’s strong communication skills and collaborative approach to her projects.
In 2025 Maedhbh completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Neurodiversity. This postgraduate equipped her with enhanced competence in understanding neurobiological, psychological, educational, and occupational perspectives on neurodiversity. These insights meaningfully inform her approach to workplace strategy and design, enabling her to create neuroinclusive environments that support cognitive diversity and foster inclusive organisational cultures.
