An effective team player with strong coaching skills, he overcomes challenges through a tenacious and questioning approach drawing on wide-ranging technical expertise. Paul is one of the most experienced Revit Users in RKD and fulfils the role of BIM coordinator on multiple of projects. He trains new and existing staff in the use of various BIM software packages and oversees the day-to-day activities of the BIM team to ensure office standards are maintained in the creation of the architectural model.
