Phillip Volschenk

Phillip is RKD’s Specification Manager, providing strategic leadership in the development, governance, and continuous improvement of project specifications across the practice. He has been central to the conception and delivery of RKD’s proprietary cloud-based specification platform, a practice-wide system integrating performance-led and standards-based specifications with a robust product and materials database.

Through this initiative, Phillip has driven a step change in the quality, consistency, and compliance of technical documentation, strengthening risk management and supporting more efficient project delivery across a diverse portfolio. He ensures specifications are aligned with regulatory requirements, procurement strategies, and evolving best practice.
