Phillip Volschenk

Originally from South Africa, Phillip joined RKD Architects in 2000 as a Senior Architect. He has comprehensive experience in Pharmaceutical Design, Third Level Education and Research Buildings. His core expertise is the interpretation of specialist research activities, brief development from initial inception stage through to workshop engagement, and project delivery. Phillip is the Specification Manager for the Practice, a role that consists of the monitoring and development of project specifications within the office. He has been responsible for the development of an online cloud-based specification platform consisting of an integrated Performance and Standards Based Specification, and the development of a products and materials database.
