Stephanie Monaghan

With a background in structural analysis and design, Stephanie has more latterly specialised in inspection and BCAR compliance and has thus also developed a sound knowledge of construction techniques for fabric and services elements of buildings.

Since joining RKD in 2017, Stephanie has worked on a diverse selection of projects, where she drives the BCAR process to ensure compliant, safe, fully tested, and certified buildings. She has a detailed knowledge of the Building Control Regulations and develops project critical strategies, engaging in ongoing communications with Building Control Authorities, to achieve the required certification in the most effective and efficient way. 

From project commencement through to completion, Stephanie undertakes regular site inspection and reporting, in addition to co-ordinating project team inspections and chairing ongoing BCAR meetings.
