RKD were approached by a ‘Big 5’ client to assist in their expansion into Northern Italy. As part of the services, we undertook an initial Site Due Diligence review for the proposed site. Following the completion of the initial feasibility we led the project team for the detail design of the new campus and associate site infrastructure on a greenfield site.
