NovaUCD Research & Innovation Centre
This purpose-built, state-of-the-art incubation facility enables UCD to provide offices, labs, and desk space for high-tech new ventures and start-ups with global ambitions. The project’s design blends restoration of the historic Merville House with the refurbishment of two quadrangles, creating a modern innovation while preserving key heritage architecture.
