Jim Sullivan

Jim joined RKD in 1995, bringing five years of prior experience in Ireland across hospitality, leisure, and high-end residential projects. Since then, he has progressively expanded his expertise across multiple sectors within the practice, taking on diverse roles and projects that have fostered his professional growth. Concurrently, Jim pursued further qualifications part-time, enhancing his broad industry knowledge.

Since 2011, Jim has been instrumental in RKD's Data Centres + Technology Sector, which he now co-leads. He has successfully delivered, and continues to work on, complex and challenging projects throughout the EMEA region, gaining extensive experience in various countries including Ireland, the UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Poland, and Italy, among others.
