Our multi-disciplinary Workplace team combines research, creativity and commercial insight to transform how organisations operate. We take a people-first, data-driven approach, aligning physical space with wider business strategy to create high-performing environments that support collaboration, wellbeing and future adaptability.

We work with clients from the earliest stages of strategy and advisory, drawing on occupancy and data analytics, briefing and strategic visioning, and feasibility and building analysis to set clear guidelines and standards for the space ahead. This thinking carries through into architectural and interior design, where our teams plan space, develop concepts and see projects through detail design, delivery and FF&E selection and procurement.

Throughout each project, our design leadership provides continuity: acting as design team lead or lead consultant, managing contract administration, statutory compliance and approvals, and coordinating projects and sites as assigned certifier where required. We pair this with a considered focus on culture, wellbeing and sustainability, guiding change management, stakeholder and user engagement and post-occupancy evaluation, and applying sustainable and neuroinclusive design principles so that spaces perform long after completion
