RKD was engaged by a confidential life sciences client to assess the future role of a manufacturing site within its global network and ensure it was positioned for continued investment and growth.​

A detailed review of operations, capacity, infrastructure, utilities and expansion opportunities was undertaken, supported by stakeholder workshops and future demand analysis. RKD developed and evaluated a range of site development options, considering operational efficiency, capital requirements and strategic network alignment.​

The outcome was a phased site master plan that identified key investments, futureexpansion opportunities and infrastructure upgrades. The roadmap provided a clearbasis for decision-making, helping secure investment and strengthen the site's long-termposition within the client's manufacturing network.​
